Launching Pad Shipping Policy

For backpacks & mats, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.  

Select items are made and shipped through Printify. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. 

However, in case of a damaged product of manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us with in 30 days of product delivery. You will need to submit a photo showing the damaged product.

Note if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, no replacements or refunds will be made.
